Panama Amsterdam is a club on the northeast edge of central Amsterdam, housed in a century-old electricity power station. The venue is expansive with high ceilings and windows, owing to the buildings warehouse heritage. Panama is one of the longest running clubs in Amsterdam with a rich history. Since its opening in 2002 Panama has been a multifunctional club for local and international house and techno talents.

Change the Beat, White Rabbit & City At Night proudly present the always exceptional Sydney Blu (mau5trap Recordings and Desert Hearts), joined by local tastemakers MADISON and EPHEMERA on October 18, 2025.

Change The Beat is non-profit organization dedicated to elevating women, gender-expansive artists, and underrepresented voices in electronic music. This event is part of our multi-city Canadian tour, combining workshops, mentorship, and club nights that amplify inclusion on the dance floor.

This night, we’ll also be hosting one of our signature workshops beforehand, where we’ll be discussing how to get booked as a DJ in Ottawa, plus we’ll be hosting a track feedback session — so get ready to submit your tunes and connect directly with industry pros.

Joanna Magik, with her two-tone hair and athletic energy, is a rising force on the North American dance music scene, with standout sets that blend house, techno, and bass. A former pro snowboarder and Olympic sports announcer, Joanna Magik now channels that same high‑octane energy into releases on labels like Dirtybird, Box of Cats, Space Yacht and Glasgow Underground and more. Her punchy productions have earned support from Claude VonStroke, Kyle Watson, Biscits, and Black V Neck. Her festival highlights include Miami Music Week, ADE, Shambhala, Burning Man and Dirtybird CampOut & CampInn. This winter she’s ramping up for her debut headline tour DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE.

With two decades of boundary-blurring sets and community-building, Smalltown DJs have quietly become Canada’s underground house music heartbeat, and in 2024, they earned a Juno nomination to prove it. Their recent releases on Dirtybird, What To Do, and RDA reflect a duo confident in their craft, still evolving, still chasing the perfect groove.

Dirtybird is an independent electronic music label, events and merch company founded in 2005, and is renowned for its distinctive blend of house music, which combines funky basslines, quirky samples, and a playful, fun vibe. Over the years, Dirtybird has cultivated a roster of influential artists such as Fisher, J.Phlip, Eats Everything, John Summit, VNSSA, Nala and Walker & Royce, among others. Dirtybird has also made a significant impact through its events and festivals, notably the Dirtybird Campout & CampINN.
